BUSINESS • TAX • SUCCESSION
No silos. One Legal and Tax team
Ithera is an integrated legal, tax, and succession advisory firm built for Corporate clients, entrepreneurs, families, and high value individuals.
Who We Serve
The legal and tax risk in your business is rarely where you’re looking. It lives in the contracts you signed, the structure you inherited, and the succession plan you haven’t written yet.
High Value Individuals
You’ve earned it.Now protect it properly.
“I have a salary, rental income, dividends, and some offshore savings. My accountant handles the filing. But honestly — I have no idea if my structure is right, if I’m protected, or what happens to everything when I’m gone.”
— Senior professional, Nairobi
Corporate & Founders
Your tax exposure is already there. It just hasn’t been assessed.
Families & Family Businesses
Succession shouldn’t get ugly.
My father built this business over 30 years. I have watched other families tear each other apart over exactly this kind of transition. I don’t want that to be us. But we’ve never actually sat down and legally planned for what happens next.”
— Director, second-generation Kenyan family business
Our Journey
Through Wealth
In Africa, wealth often lies hidden below ground in real estate, or above ground in businesses and human capital.
Our mission is to render integrated advisory that helps you structure your wealth, grow it confidently, protect it fully, enjoy it today, and secure it for generations.
We integrate legal, tax, and advisory expertise to build, protect, and sustain what you have created.
Building wealth is only half the story, preserving it is the other. We partner with entrepreneurs and families to walk the complete journey, from creation to succession.

Founder's Note
Wealth is deeply personal.
After years working at the intersection of law, tax, and wealth strategy, I saw how much gets lost when those worlds operate in silos — and how much is gained when they’re integrated.
That experience has been hard-won. We have successfully defended a UN employee against a Kshs. 38 million tax liability, had Kshs. 37 million tax waived for a software company, and secured Kshs. 159 million in savings for a coffee farm through tax litigation. These weren’t theoretical wins — they were the result of knowing exactly where tax law, legal strategy, and financial structure converge.
I started Ithera to bring that same integrated thinking to every client we serve.
